Returns Policy

At our store, each piece whether bags or jewelry piece is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipping. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of jewelry products, certain items are not eligible for return. By placing an order with us, you agree to the return terms outlined below.

Final Sale on Discounted Orders

Any order placed using discount codes, promotional offers, bundle deals, or sale pricing is considered a final sale.

Items purchased with discounts are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only for necklaces purchased at full price (no discount applied) and must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request within 15 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Must be in same condition as received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Bracelets

  • Rings

  • Jewelry Sets

  • Any jewelry item other than necklaces

Return Process

If your necklace qualifies for return, contact our support team within 15 days of delivery to request return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
